ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE PROTECTION

This will protect you against any expensive, non-warranty repairs, such as a damaged LCD panel.

1. Term

The coverage is for a period not to exceed four (4) years.
|

2. Service Includes

In the event of accidental damage HP will diagnose and replace the damaged parts to return the notebook to its original or equivalent operating state. Parts for which replacements have been supplied will become HP Property.

3. Accidental Damage Definition
|
|
|
|
Accidental damage is defined as damage due to non-intentional liquid spills in or on unit, drops, falls, collisions, and electrical surge. This includes damaged or broken LCD, or broken parts. Accidental damage does not cover: fire, theft, loss, normal wear, consumables or intentional acts of damage.
