Master of Science in Information
Systems (MSIS)
through WebCampus.Stevens
Stevens offers a Master
of Science degree in Information Systems (MSIS)
with a concentration in Information Management.
Verizon Wireless has partnered with Stevens
Institute of Technology to offer a Master's
Program in Information Systems.
The program is called a
“lock-step” program because you will remain with
the same group of students for the twelve course
program. Each semester your classes are reserved
for you so you do not have to go through the
traditional registration process. The lock-step
program follows a unique calendar and this is not
the same as the on-campus weeknight program that
you will find on the university calendar.

|
|
The MSIS program will be given
online through Stevens WebCampus program. Courses will
be conducted through WebCt and Interwise real time
conference software. The WebCt software will allow
students to access and post to weekly discussion boards,
participate in weekly assignments, quizzes and final
exams. The Interwise webconferences will allow students
to participate in lectures, team projects and have
real-time instructor advising during the course
sessions.
