Unique Senior Design sequence impacts society through technology, marking the apex of Stevens educational excellence

A senior design team at Stevens Institute of Technology has developed an easy to use, stress-free web app that empowers university students to make the most of their educational opportunities by streamlining and automating much of the process whereby they plan a multi-year schedule of courses to take in order to graduate on time.

Jingrui He has joined the Computer Science Department as an Assistant Professor. She received her PhD from Machine Learning Department in Carnegie Mellon University in 2010, and was a Research Staff Member at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center between 2010 and 2012. Georgios Portokalidis has joined the Computer Science Department as an Assistant Professor. He obtained his doctorate degree from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam in 2010, and worked a postdoctoral researcher at Columbia University between 2010 and 2012.
