How to Place Duckbill Delivery Orders:

In order to use Duck Bills to order food for delivery, you will need to know your your card's issue number. The issue number is a two digit number added to your Stevens ID number that is encoded on your Stevens ID card.

To find your issue code please go to: http://www.stevens.edu/olco. Use your pipeline username and password to login. Once you have logged in, near the top right corner, you will see four digits that look like this: XXXXXXX0902. The first 2 digits (09) reflect the last 2 digits of your ID number. The last 2 digits (02) reflect your issue code. So, if for example, your ID Number is 12345678 and your issue code is 02, you would see XXXXXXX7802.

When placing an order over the phone or when a merchant needs to manually enter your card number, please give them the ID number AND your 2 digit issue code. Using the example above , if you called to order food, you would have to give them the number 1234567802 for your order to be processed. The merchants have been given instructions on how to include your issue code to place phone orders. Knowing your correct issue code will save both you and the merchant a great deal of time and process your order much faster.

Please be prepared to show your identification card when the delivery is made so the delivery person can confirm your name when signing for the delivery.
