Supporting the College of Arts and Letters

Each year, alumni, families and friends of Stevens Institute of Technology support our students and faculty with gifts to the university. These gifts provide critical resources for financial aid, faculty salaries, academic and extra-curricular programs, and library collections. Every gift matters at Stevens. Your gift not only provides financial support for our University, but also demonstrates support and belief in the Stevens mission during this exciting time of change and growth.

Why Give to CAL?

The College of Arts and Letters at Stevens engages in research and scholarship at the intersection of science, technology, the arts, and humanities with the objective of having a positive and long-lasting impact on society and the world. Humanities coursework has been a part of the broad-based curriculum of Stevens Institute of Technology since the University was founded in 1870. Established in 2007, the College of Arts and Letters is a dedicated academic space that all Stevens students enters to ensure that they understand the development of science and technology in the past, while acquiring the skills necessary to become proficient both in their use in the present and their creation in the future. CAL boasts a growing faculty and increased impact on the rigorous academic experience.

By supporting the College of Arts and Letters, you ensure that all Stevens students read critically, think deeply, communicate persuasively and reap all the personal and professional benefits of being able to do so.
