Howe leadership development modules are one- to three-day laboratories for identifying, testing, and developing your particular leadership capacities and skills.  Through highly interactive, experiential exercises — all as part of an energized and challenging group — you will work through scenarios, solve problems, exchange feedback, assess your performance and reflect on how to apply what you’ve learned to your workplace.

Learning modules can be delivered on-site to organizations or on-campus to organizations and individuals. You may choose to take a sequence of modules, or select one or more modules to be taken individually.
