As the CEO of Global Risk Consultants (GRC), Mr. Marsh directs all financial, operating, training, and consulting services of the company’s global network. GRC includes more than 380 employees in 16 countries and operates with a budget responsibility of $66 million. During his career, he has overseen risk management professionals specializing in operational, environmental, and hazard risk consulting engagements, developed a risk assessment model for holistic risk mapping and served as an adjunct instructor at a corporate training institute.
He began his career as a practice leader for the chemical consulting group at Factory Mutual Engineering Association. Following this, he assumed the position of senior account engineer at Sun Alliance, USA. Subsequently, he became a consulting client executive at Marsh, USA, Inc., where he was responsible for the account management of consulting services, project leadership of consulting engagements, and the development of client consulting relationships.
Mr. Marsh has a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University and an MS in Business Management from Stevens Institute of Technology in 2007. He is currently on the Board of Directors for Global Risk Consultants Corp, Global Risk Miyamoto and the ARISE Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company (ABIIC) Risk Retention Group. He is also a member of the Risk & Insurance Management Society (RIMS), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE) and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE).
