Pinar Ozturk is a Ph.D. student at the School of Business at Stevens. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and M.S. in Engineering Management. Her current research focuses on collective intelligence, collaboration and value creation in online communities. Currently, she is studying member roles, governance structure and boundaries of online communities and how these structures affect the interactions between community members and their content creation.
