Welcome to ASME

Welcome to the Stevens Institute of Technology's Student Section of The American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). As a professional society, ASME helps serve the Stevens Community by hosting several Mechanical Engineering oriented events as well as career building opportunities.

ASME holds numerous events which help raise awareness of the Mechanical Engineering profession. Every semester ASME hosts a Design Day Competition in which students of all majors and concentrations are welcome to participate. Throughout the year, ASME also welcomes several speakers from various industries and Stevens ME Department Alumni to share experiences to our current members during our Early Career Forum Lecture circuit. Lastly, ASME attempts to satisfy all members' interests by scheduling tours with their particular disciplines in mind.
