Panels & Workshops Submission Deadline: March 23rd

All panel and workshop submissions must be made by March 23rd, so if you would like to run an event, please make sure to fill out the Event Submission Form by then. The form is linked to on the Panels & Workshops page of the main website (this page is listed in the Activities submenu) or you can go directly to this address: http://www.stevens.edu/anime/cpac/eventform.html

As the deadline is quickly approaching, please try to make your submission as soon as possible and make sure your form is filled in completely and correctly when you submit.

Event Submission after Deadline

You may still submit events now that the deadline has passed, but please be aware that if your event is accepted, you will have to deal with whatever time slots were left open. Events submitted at this point will not make it into the program guide but will still appear in the pocket schedule.
