Post-quantum Cryptography Project
We are currently assembling a team of graduate and postdoctoral
students to expand our work on an interdisciplinary project involving
group theory, algorithmic group theory, computational complexity, and
post-quantum cryptography. The project will be carried out jointly by
students and faculty at Stevens Institute of Technology and the
Graduate Center of the City University of New York.
Look around this website to get an idea of what we are doing. The
Algebraic Cryptography Center is a joint effort of the Departments of
Computer Science and Mathematical Sciences at Stevens with affiliated
faculty from several other institutions. Our goal is to apply new
mathematical techniques to probems in cryptography and cyber security.
We have three vacant positions to fill at Stevens – two for doctoral
or masters students and one for a postdoctoral student. If you are
interested, please contact one of us.
