Students wishing to enroll in an SDOE course for graduate credit must submit a completed Application for Admission, to the SDOE Program Manager at fax number 201-216-5080.

Students enrolling in company sponsored SDOE courses held on-site at their company locations, maybe subject to unique admission and documentation requirements.  If your employer is a sponsor or corporate partner of the SDOE program, please contact the SDOE Program Manager at 201.216.8334, to discuss your company's unique admission and enrollment requirements.

Individuals who have been formally accepted for admission, into the School of Systems and Enterprises should follow the course enrollment steps listed below.  *Non-matriculating students should also follow the steps outlined below.  **Non-credit students should only follow steps 1-4.

1. Choose where and when to take the course by viewing the SDOE Modular course schedule. Select courses for credit or non-credit and generate the enrollment form.  The tuition, materials and fees will be calculated accordingly.
2. Fax the completed enrollment form to the SDOE Program Office at the number listed on the form.
3. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your enrollment from one of the staff in the SDOE Program Office. If you do not receive confirmation please contact the SDOE Program Manager at 201-216-8334.
4. View the Systems Engineering Online Course Schedule if you choose to take online courses and follow the instructions for enrollment outlined in the WebCampus Student Guide.
5. Please visit Pipeline on the Stevens website at http://cpipe.stevens.edu.  Pipeline is a portal to Web for Students, where your personal and academic information is stored and recorded.  Please log in and check your personal information and update your email, phone and home address information so we can keep you informed about issues related to your graduate education.  Pipeline also provides access to your Stevens e-mail account and WebCT, which you will need if you enroll in online courses.
6. Develop a Study Plan that lists all of the courses needed for the Systems Engineering degree. This approved plan of study is your guide as you enroll for courses and pursue the degree.  Study plans are not required if you participate in on-site, company sponsored programs unless you deviate from that program.

Transfer Credit for courses taken at other schools can be considered at this time and included on the Study Plan.  For more information regarding transfer credit policies and procedures visit: http://stevens.edu/registrar/forms/Transfer_Credit.pdf

Requests for transfer credit and all required documentation must be submitted directly to the SDOE Program Office at fax number 201-216-5080.

*Students taking classes for graduate credit but have not been formally admitted into a degree program are considered "Non-matriculating" students. Non-matriculating students can take up to three courses, after which they must apply for admission into a degree program.

**Non-credit students taking courses online will be charged a full tuition rate.  Non-credit students taking standard weeklong modules, however receive a $500 discounted tuition rate.
